We use a form of be + going to + the base form to form the future tense.

utilizamos una forma del verbo ser o estar (be) + going to + la forma base del verbo en acción para formar el tiempo futuro.

Examples:

1. People are going to live longer.
2. They are going to need help from their children.
3. There are going to be more elderly people in 50 years.
4. I am going to live with my children. 
5. Susan is going to play basketball.

Afirmativa
He is going to jog.

Negativa
He is not going to jog.

Interrogativa
Is he going to jog?

Interrogativa negativa
